Retention schedule

• Raw request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp): 90 days, then deleted.
• Attribution mapping (watermark-to-account records): 24 months.
• Playback session records: 24 months.
• Homework submission content: Duration of active membership, plus 90 days after offboarding.
• Audit event summaries: 24 months.

Extended retention

Retention may be extended beyond these periods when a content redistribution investigation is active and documented. You will be notified in writing when your data is retained beyond the standard period for this reason.
