Privacy Notice

What we collect

Beyond All Limits ("we," "us") collects the following data when you access this platform:

1. Account data: Your Discord username, ID, and associated email, sourced via Discord OAuth.
2. Session data: IP address, session ID, user-agent string, and timestamp for each authenticated request.
3. Device fingerprint: A cryptographic hash of browser characteristics, used to detect shared-account abuse.
4. Playback events: Play, pause, seek, and error events linked to your account and session, stored for attribution purposes.

Legal basis

Data is collected under Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR — Legitimate Interests. A Legitimate Interests Assessment is published separately.

Retention periods

Data is retained for 90 days (raw request logs) and 24 months (attribution mapping). Content redistribution investigations may extend retention on a case-by-case basis with documented justification.
